In reply to: Cincopa advertising link doesn't fitHi Yvette,
I am a regular user of Cincopa. I see your problem. Why don’t you upgrade your account. This will automatically remove the Cincopa link and you will not have any problem with it in the future. There are various great services offered by Cincopa.

Hi,
Well, that’s pity harsh on Cincopa. I have their Plugins on my website and it works great. When you uninstall their plugin you can remove your gallery code manually by login to your Dashboard and deleting them from your posts/pages. Also, as far privacy policy is concerned you can set the “Domain Lock”, disable your user’s to “Download and Save” your files on their computer, disable the “Drag” option and many more.

Sam
Hey,
I also use Cincopa. Here is the email for the support team: [email protected]. I also have the paid account and this account provides the user’s facility to set the “Domain Lock” feature through which we can set certain domains where we want our gallery to appear. I think your client has set the “Domain Lock” feature for the gallery. Please ask him to set this parameter to blank. Hope this works.

Sam
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Cincopa Plugin ProblemHi,
I also faced a similar kind of problem and I was wondering where to find the Cincopa plugin. After a lot of research, finally i found it. These are the steps which i followed:
1. Login to the WordPress Dashboard.
2. Click on Plugins.
3. The name of the Plugin for Cincopa is: “Post video players, slideshow albums, photo galleries and music / podcast playlist”.
4. Deactivate the plugin and activate it again.
This worked for me.I also found an option to delete the plugin and then search for the same plugin in the Dashboard and reinstall it once again and then activate the plugin. Hope, this works for you as well.
Regards,
Sam
