@caprsupport You wrote that you only allow registered users to add an ad. How do you enforce this?

It would be great if the checkbox (“create an account”) on the publish page would be ticked by default and the user could not untick it. How can this be achieved? May one has to hard-code it into the plugin code.

Alternatively, you could ignore the input to the checkbox and send the user a registration email regardless of his choice.

(Reason for my questions: we want the people to be able to delete their ads without contacting an admit of the site.)

Obviously it is a small PlugIn, supported by one programmer only. We should be glad that it has been working so far (at least in my case).

I did empty the cache and deactivated relevant plugins. No change in behaviour.
Let us see how WC 6.0 will behave. I will test it in a few days as I implement upgrades only after a few days.

In my case, resetting the Cache did not help.
I chould not find any stuck processes either.

The issue is actually not resolved.
I could replicate the error on my site:
? Statistics -> Orders (all orders are displayed correctly including customers’ names)
? Display -> Advanced Filters
? Add Filter -> Coupon Code + Add actual Coupon Code

With the last filter added, the values change, but the details (customers’s names) are lost.

We have experienced the same issue. We have created some coupons codes, and after they have been used, we would like to see the exact orders for these codes. We used to go through this very analysis, but in our case too, it says “no data can be shown” (or similiarly in German). Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, the Marketing menu reappeared after I disables another PlugIn.
It is the “Mail Subscribe List” PlugIn, which might be outdated. It files another menu item right below the menu items by WC. Somehow they do not like each other…

I hope, @vk4ghz will reconsider his rating for an otherwise very useful plugin. Yes, sometimes, one wishes a fast response time, but as a side project supported in ‘spare’ time, we should accept that this is volunteer work and a response within a week is fair enough!
Otherwise, anybody is free to inspect the code and help to improve it. Stop complaining.

It would be interesting to learn about this answer.
May be we can obtain an indicative answer like “it is not compatible” / “not compatible but will be fixed soon” / “should be compatible but not tested” / “unknown compatibility”.

Okay, ich habe etwas zu berichten:
* Wenn ich die Github-Version benütze, dann werden die Attribute korrekt, also nur einmal, angezeigt.
* Wenn ich die Germanized Version (die Basis-Version, nicht Pro) deaktiviere (ja, ich wei?, sollte man nicht tun, kommt eine Fehlermeldung auf der Plugin-Seite), dann werden die Attribute auch nur einmal (korrekt) angezeigt.

Vielleicht hilft das bei der Eingrenzung des Problems. Also irgendeine Abfrage / Schleife die von beiden Plugins (GZD und GZD Pro) ausgeführt wird…

Soll ich die Github-Version vorerst behalten, oder wie l?uft das nun weiter mit den Updates?

Wenn ich Germanized und Germanized Pro deaktiviere, dann werden die Attribute der Variationen korrekt und nur ein Mal dargestellt. Wenn ich die beiden Plugins wieder aktiviere, dann sind die doppelten Angaben wieder da.

Wenn ich nur Germanized Pro deaktiviere, bleibt die doppelte Anzeige bestehen (und es gibt einen Warnhinweis auf der Plugin-Seite von wegen mangelnder Optimierung des Themes).

In den Produkten ist die Checkbox “Im Checkout anzeigen” deaktiviert.

(Die manuelle Installation habe ich nicht gewagt, da ich mich mit den Details unsicher bin: Einfach als Zip von Github runterladen und in ein neues (??) PlugIn Directory geben? Was passiert mit den aktuellen Einstellungen von meiner laufenden Version…. etc. etc.)

WP 5.0.3 WC 3.5.4 (PHP 7.1.23 – wird gerade aktualisiert).

Plugins habe ich keine, die interferieren sollten: WC, Germanized und Germanized Pro, den “WPML Zoo” inkl. “WooCommerce Multilingual”, sonst nichts was das Frontend von WC beeinflussen sollte.

Die Suche nach entsprechenden Optionen oder Einstellungen (auch im Theme (Bridge von Qode)) war bisher nicht erfolgreich. Das Ph?nomen ist auf jeden Fall neu, denn vorher hat es funktioniert (Attribute nur 1 x angezeigt); ich kann aber nicht 100%-ig sagen, ob das mit dem Update zu der neusten Version von Germanized erschienen ist; wahrscheinlich aber schon.

Die Germanized-Option (wie von Dir beschrieben) hatte ich schon deaktiviert. (Aktivierung macht übrigens keinen Unterschied.)

Bin ein wenig ratlos…

Vendidero konnte das Problem lokalisieren und schreibt dazu:

Ich konnte das Problem nun lokalisieren. Offenbar liegt das wohl an deinem Theme. Das fügt folgende CSS-Datei im Admin-Bereich hinzu:

Darin findet sich folgende Regel:

.select2-container–default .select2-selection–single .select2-selection__clear {
display: none;
}

Das sorgt dafür, dass das Kreuz bei allen Select2-Feldern entfernt wird. Das ist natürlich nicht besonders sch?n. Es w?re gut, wenn du das an deinen Theme-Anbieter weitergeben k?nntest, damit das behoben wird. Solange solltest du evtl. ein eigenes Admin-CSS-File anlegen und die Angabe dort überschreiben:

.select2-selection__clear {
   display: block !important;
}

Gut, dann warte ich auf die Aufl?sung in Eurem Ticket-System. Denn das Problem ist nicht gel?st, und ich bin Pro-Kunde!

Soweit ich wei?, habe ich kein Caching Plugin / JS Optimizer am Laufen, alles nur PlugIns die v. a. das Frontend betreffen.

Das Problem ist übrigens (wenn ich richtig mich erinnere) erst kürzlich aufgetreten.

Gibt es Probleme mit dem WPBakery Page Builder (ehemals: Visual Composer)? Oder mit dem Theme “Bridge”?
