HTTP 400 happens if server do not understands URL.

Are you able to see the thumbnails in admin panel?

Well if you were using fullscreen mode, it would close as soon as we exit fullscreen. Well i can add another button for closing mbox in fullscreen…but then it will look to cluttered with lot of buttons. I will add that button and resize all other buttons so they do not cover lot of screen area. I will reply again once done.

Well i had already tested with 3.6. Still i tried again with a fresh install of wp 3.6. It works without any issues. There may be issues with javascript conflicts your other plugins.

try in a fresh wp, if it works then problem is with your plugins or theme.
