@gidomanders hi again, i have one more issue and hope for your Support: i have now made changes on my Homepage that are not shown when updating it, i suppose that has to do with some Cache Settings i made without knowing, it never was a Problem before to update my Homepage but now i made changes that are not shown in the frontend. The weird Thing about it is that on my mobile phone with Safari I can see the pages but on Laptop via Chrome, Mozilla and Explorer i dont??? Finally, after updating the content, the changes ARE shown when i look at the “preview” page but not when looking on the live Version of of it :-((( Can you PLEASE help, thank you so much

thanks so much, but to be honest i received a message now saying “The plugin is currently enabled. If an option is disabled it means that either your current installation is not compatible or software installation is required.”
Is there a Problem now or is fine?

I am really sorry to bother you but I am not familiar with all those wordings and Options, I am using Cahing plugin for the first time ever because i hoped to avoid the cart Problem i have, so i really dont know if i might have a conflict in some Setting that i made ??

hi @gidomanders than you soo much for your quick reply, i just disabled REST API (which was enabled) but _wc_session_ is already entered in the ignored query stems, so i really hope that it was about the REST API. What about adding _wc_cart_ an further dynamic sites (e.g. my account) additionally to ignored query stems? Thank you so much for your help

Hi Mikey thank yoo very much for your reply, I have tried ALL you have mentioned under 1) Problem still remains, so my last “hope” is that it might be a Caching issue. The products are ONLY added in my backend order Management and in the email notification that the customer receives, the added products are NOT shown in the cart in the frontend otherwise People would of course not place their order if they would suddenly see 10 additional items they acctually do not want. Even the payment process i working fine and only the “real” amount is being charged, so it really seems to be just an issue in my woocommerce order Management as well as the email notification. Furthermore, e.g. 50 orders are ok and correct and then suddenly there is one that is wrong, i dont see any logic why 50 are ok and the one is wrong, thaen again the nex day is ok and all orders are fine and then again there is the one containing a list of products not ordered. Any idea, if this has to do with the Caching issue? Do you think that Setting “mfunc” in W3 total Cache Minify Setting might help? thank you much in advance for your help

Hi guys, thank you very much, the issue is resolved.
Still I have another Problem since the very biginning of installing Woocommerce (which was only 1 montah ago so I am using the aboslutely latest Version of WordPress and Woocommerce): there are products added to my customers orders that they actually DID NOT order, e.g. only one item was originally ordered and payd but 10 more items (!!!) are shown in my order Management System as well as in the email notification, so my customers are very confused and annoyed because they ordered and paid for 1 item which costs 50 Euros but receive order notification about 10 items and 500 euros and that definitely wrong ! there seems to be an issue with the cart, or? I have already tried with different themes, same issue, have tried to decativate and reactivate all plugins (EXCEPT woocommerce), still the same issue. Can you help me out or have you heard already about such a Problem? Thanks a lot in advance

Hi Hannah thanks a lot for your feedback and sorry that i am a bit nervous but as you can imagine this is really influencing my business in a negative way, i started working with woocommerce just a few days ago because i wanted my business to grow, before that i was working with another CMS which never had any issues ??
SO: i really tried everything you mention, switched off / deactivated all plugins and tried with Storefron unfortunately STILL the same situation, as well as with the description issue as well as with products added to the orders that actually have not been added to the cart, my customers are becoming more and more disappointed, thank you so much in advance for your help, i really appreciate

hi John thanks for your reply, actually its exactly the same issue i tried with twenty seventeen :-((( furthermore i have another problem: there are products added to customer orders that they DID NOT order !!! They are appearing in my order management, not in the shopping cart, and customers reveice an order confirmation email including these products that they actually did not order ! I am totally confused and very woried because my business is really suffering under these problems as you can imagine, it seems to me that my shop is undergoing a total collapse ! Can it be that the compatibility of Flash with woocommerce is an issue? I really dont have a clue what to do anymore, in the end i will have to set up everything again from the very beginning with another theme, maybe it then works but this will make my shop down for some days and means really loss for my business ?? thanks alot in advance for your support.

Vielen Dank
