    Hi Dilip, thanks for your response.

    1- cleared cache twice (Purge SG Cache), no change

    2- disabled Started templates which was updated on 10/16 and site worked fine after that. no change after disabling and re-enabling

    3- I’m using the Astra theme, how do I troubleshoot the theme? I’ve opened the page in the Asta Customize menu, and it still looks messed up and not formatted

    4- I opened the page in the WP editor, and it looks the same. How do I apply the page template in WP?

    Resolution: this was being caused by my hosting provide SiteGround putting restrictions on my account and has since been resolved with them. if anyone experiences similar issues, I would suggest contacting your hosting provider.

    I am experiencing the same product with Woo not properly syncing the data I’ve uploaded in Square. I’ve tried to Import All Products on Woo multiple times, and it seems to be unable to pull in the complete or up to date information any of these times. I’ve tried starting over by disabling and deleting the plug-in, but my info is still being stored somewhere on the backend because it did not ask me to reauthenticate after deleting and re-activating the plugin. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated as it is very frustrating to work through.
