Yes, following recommendations from several sources I move it to provide a bit more of security through obscurity, and potential mis-configuration.

On two of my sites I was able to delete all plugin settings when uninstalling, and then reinstalled the plugin. Then I could get the US code to show instead of ZZ, and the plugin seemed to work.

I’ve also been locked out of two sites. On those sites I’ve renamed the plugin in CPanel to regain access to the site, and then deleted the plugin and went into the database to drop the tables.

I attempted to reinstall 2x but still had the plugin blocking use once activated again. I couldn’t find any rows in the Options table that were left behind that might be causing the issue.

I suppose I should have known that.

Hello.

You could try a plugin like SiteOrigin CSS that provides a visual interface, and the naming convention used in the theme with real-time changes visible. It makes it real simple to change the visibility or transform text from All Caps to Capitalize.

You can take the changes created, and move them to the theme customizer CSS file, then delete the plugin when finished.

Same issue here with a 4.6 update and posterboard to one vertical column, not row on the website. The above IS the same issue.

I was able to use some custom CSS for a few theme changes. But when I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t reduce the white space below the Site Name, I moved to another theme.

The theme has been removed from the site that had errors, but I will place it on another site to see if it triggers errors.

I could not get it to work for me. I installed the plugin multiple times on a site with a theme and plugins installed, as well as with the 2015 theme and all other plugins deactivated and it failed to properly activate, each time.

After installing the plugin as I attempt to activate, this error message is generated each time:

The plugin does not have a valid header.

When I attempt to delete the plugin after an install, the page shows two copies of the plugin:

Access the plugin folder and rename the plugin from your FTP connection: 111two-factor-auth, or somesuch, login, change plugin name back.

As much as I liked this plugin, you many want to check into a multi-factor authentication plugin that’s still being maintained.
