I have found the problem. If I disable the option “Do you have a cache system?” of Ginger Cookie Law, it works correctly.

Under this option appears “If you have a caching system (W3TC, Varnish, WP Super Cash …) choose YES. Ginger will optimize websites performances”. It seems that Ginger Cookie Law does not include WP Fastest Cache in its known cache systems.

Yes, it worked with W3 Total Cache. Then I switched to WP Fastest Cache and it also worked, but in some WPML update, Ginger UE Cookie Law or WP Fastest Cache has stopped working.

I can’t send any URL because I have changed the URL of Google Maps API to prevent any cookies are downloaded (“https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/…” instead of “https://maps.google.com/maps/api/…”). If I use maps.google.com, Ginger Cookie doesnt’t work properly and Google Maps cookies are downloaded.
