In reply to: [WooCommerce] Apply Tax to Shipping ONLY if items taxableI also found a setting that seems to be helpful under Woocommerce > Tax > Tax options…
Shipping Tax Class > Shipping Tax Class based on cart items
Mine had not been set to calculate based on cart itmes. Since I already have the clothing items set to zero tax rate, it now does not calculate tax for those items. ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Apply Tax to Shipping ONLY if items taxableThanks for your help, xue28 ??. I will reply with the details that you are requesting. Just quickly in the meantime, if I understand your suggestion, then it would make the flat-rate shipping $0 tax. However, we do sometimes have items that require sales tax. No often, but sometimes. When that happens (i.e. Item for $10 + 6% sales tax = $10.60), the flat-rate shipping cost alse needs to include tax (i.e. shipping for $3.75 + 6% sales tax = $3.98.). In our state, if there is no tax on any item, there is no tax on shipping, but if there is tax on any item in the cart, then we must charge tax on the shipping. If I’m not mistaken, we’re not the only state set up this way so I must me setting something up incorrectly.
Thanks! ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Apply Tax to Shipping ONLY if items taxableThanks for your reply, Saif. I think I already have the right settings though. Please correct me if I am wrong. Here are the shipping/tax settings for the product(s)…
TAX STATUS: NONE
TAX CLASS: ZERO RATE
SHIPPING CLASS: NO SHIPPING CLASSEven though this item is tax-free, and I am using flat-rate shipping for all orders, it’s still adding sales tax to the shipping. In this case, there should be no sales tax on the shipping as there was nothing taxable in the cart.
My Cart has…
SUBTOTAL: $34.00 <– NO TAX ON THIS ITEM
SHIPPING: FLAT-RATE $3.75
TAX: $0.23
TOTAL: $37.98The total should actually be $37.75.
Hope that helps.
Thank you! ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce + Elementor BugSOLVED!! I stumbled upon the answer that fixed my site. Turns out I had forgotten that I was using this plugin…
WooCommerce Page Builder For Elementor
is the ideal Elementor add-on to effortlessly layout for WooCommerce and more.
Version 1.1.6.4 | By DawnThemesI had made a custom Checkout page where I had put an image. I later deleted that page and used a vanilla checkout page, but that image was embedded by the plugin at that time into the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout]. Therefore I wasn’t able to see it.
I had kept the custom checkout page in trash so I reactivated it, republished it, and in doing so removed the image from the customized template version of the checkout page. Even if I hadn’t saved it, creating a new checkout page template I think would have overwritten the shortcode contents as well.
So, the question is, do you now use or have you used a Woocommerce page customizer? If so, you may want to fire it up again to clean out any residuals left behind by making a new themed/customized checkout page. Seems to have done the trick!
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce + Elementor BugI have the exact same issue. I can’t find anywhere how it got stuck in the shortcode for the checkout. I do remember placing it on an Elementor page at one point, but I can’t figure out how to delete. Now wherever I place the “woocommerce_checkout” shortcode, I get this stuck image every time.
Any progress on figuring this out?
I figured it out. If you have 1 song in the playlist, it does not loop. If you have 2 or more, it loops. To keep playing the same song on repeat, should just be a matter of adding the same song twice to the playlist.
Hope the is helpful!

In reply to: [Weather Atlas Widget] Not DisplayingI have the same issue. Plugin was awesome! Not displaying now. Shows nothing. I deactivated/reactivated but didn’t fix it. I uninstalled/reinstalled but didn’t fix it. I am really missing this plugin for my website! It does say not updated in last 6 months and not tested with most recent WordPress version I have.
Anyone have the solution?? Really love to get this working again.
Thanks!!!!!!!!!
