Hi,
I had the exact same problem. When I went into the view my ads in AdSense account, I clicked filter >> show idle ads. I could now see the ads that were missing were in fact idle (which was why I couldn’t see income etc).
When I went into the plugin settings and ticked the “Asynchronous (beta)” option – my ads then became “active” and I could see the clicks/income and view the ads now.
It may be worth checking your settings to see if it works for you ??
