    Sorry for the slow response. I had to take care of some things before I could come back to this.

    Thanks for the detailed reply! This would be really useful to have in the documentation.

    It would be nice if there was another checkbox to allow any lessons not listed under Specific to be given the General point amounts. I could see it getting really tedious if you have lots of courses and lots of lessons.

    I’ll keep it unchecked for now.

    I’m not limiting form submission but it is for logged-in users.

    Students can submit the same worksheet 4 times before I won’t look at it anymore. This is to stop students from sending me files of one update at a time. I have over 200 pages of worksheets so I can’t make separate forms for each worksheet.

    I’m also trying to spend less time sorting their worksheets (they get rewards for doing them).

    Although, that does bring me to problem #2: is there a way for me to change the submission count for a specific user’s specific worksheet if they submit something for the wrong worksheet?

    If this is too complicated, I’ll build a different system. Thanks!

    Thanks for the reply.

    I know I can limit the automation to only occur once; I’ve already got that set. But I have two automations where the action is the same. The trigger for each is different.

    Is there a way to do “this trigger” or “this trigger” in the same automation? Or is that not possible right now?

    Wouldn’t it make more sense for the user to not be enrolled again if they’re already enrolled? I haven’t had time to test it but if tutor lms lets it go through (re-enrolls) and it resets everything for the student, that would be bad.

    As far as the error, it was logged in the woocommerce payments log so I’ll have to redact my customer’s info before you can look at the surrounding API calls.

    I have some other things to take care of but I’ll get this to you as soon as I can.

    I have ‘after tax and shipping’ checked. . . . I don’t remember if I set that or not and if I did, I don’t know when I did that.

    I had someone else use Store Credit on October 30th last year and that went through fine; no tax charged. So, between now and then, one or both yours and Woocommerce’s updates must have changed something.

    Woocommerce confirmed it’s an error that they throw when the amounts don’t sync up. This makes me think that the application of the Store Credit doesn’t update everywhere that it needs to for the amounts to be correct.

    I haven’t had a chance to check which plugin made the tax calculation and added it to the actual order but I’m not seeing it on the order confirmation/status page.

    Thanks for your reply but you didn’t answer any of my questions. Nowhere did I ask you debug their code. I’ve already messaged them about looking into it.

    It only happens when the Store Credit is used, so I know it has to deal with their plugin.

    My issue is that the order went through even though this error was thrown.

    When they figure out the problem, I’ll let you know if there is any other issues.

    Hi, I got the tax form from Stripe today and I’m happy to report it didn’t include the amounts that were shown on the Stripe Express notifications.

    That is still scary though. Since you can’t see what is coming in when using Stripe Express if you check on the account in there, I’m worried to test anything on my sandbox site. I’ll let you know if I see the problem again but it gave me a heart attack!

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    Your steps are correct.

    For #3, the email address/user has not switched to “transactional emails only”? That’s what I’m seeing in Mailchimp. And if I look under their user profile on my website under the Mailchimp section, the User Subscribed checkbox is unchecked.

    I updated to 2.7.6 recently (earlier this week) but when I posted the issue, it was with 2.7.4. I haven’t had anyone sign up under the new version yet.
