What do you mean for what reason?

I want to optimize my bounce rate and the lower the bounce rate the better it is no?

But since my website is a one pager parallax where you can only scroll, it will give me a 100% bounce rate on analytics.

There has to be a way to let Google analytics know that this is only one page and I want to adjust the bounce rate by calculating time spent on the page.

Did you try restarting your computer and/or restarting your router and wait for it to fetch another IP?
Are you hosting your website on your own PC?

georgiablogger I think you (or your “friend”) should have made a copy of your database before migrating your domain to A Small Orange.

In any case, the files are still there. They won’t get deleted.
