No, I haven’t changed fullcalendar. Just made few edits to make it show calendar in Jalali.
I don’t know about fullcalendar 5.5.1 and how it has jalali calendar BUT if you say it has Jalali Calendar by default, you can give it a try without having to edit the original source.
I used Wp project manager over a year ago and haven’t been able to use it eversince but if you’re willing to make it support jalali, it’s always the same procedure (JS and PHP).
But know this, with every update, you’ll lose your modifications and have to apply them again.

In order to use WP Project Manager with Jalali Calendar, there are few things you need to do and it requires good knowledge of JavaScript and PHP because WP Project Manager does not support Jalali Calendar and you should change everything that functions with calendar which is everything !
you can use JDate library and Date pickers to do so.
There are few Datepickers available on github you can use.

Hi there.
Since the plugin is using FullCalendar, you have to manually rewrite the codes for both Calendar and Date Picker.
It was not a problem in the first place, just a request and as @mdmamun-1 explained to me, it is not possible for them at the moment to do so.
I’ve managed to convert the calendar and date picker to Jalali, but in order to use the full ability of calendar, you have to set your site’s language (for every user including admin ) to English instead of Persian.
If you don’t, the calendar will not show the updates.

@mdmamun-1 I tried to submit a ticket on your website, but the “Which of our plugin you need to help with?” is not working and I couldn’t choose any product.
I’ve renamed the files and they work pretty good but there’s problem with the calendar, it doesn’t show projects and tasks when a user changes the site language to “Farsi / Persian”
And about that calendar convert, how can I do it?
Ps: how is it possible to send you language files ?
