sorry but again there is misunderstanding

im not talking about site title.

i`m talking about the Home icon beside pages which i can find it in page_template.php but the problem i cannot use ftp because of hosting limitations.

the question is

how can i change the Home to arabic without using ftp. i mean from the dashboard?
