In reply to: [WordPress Stats View Counter] VisitorsI just checked and it still shows ’16’ while in the WP-Stats it says that I had 13 visitors yesterday (with 31 views) and 2 visitors (5 views) today so far.
I’d like to display how many people visited my blog (the total number of all times), not the pageviews.
Would be awesome if you could code something like that! ??Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WordPress Stats View Counter] VisitorsOh damn, well good to know :/ Can’t seem to find a reliable counter and was hoping I could use this one as it sounded like it is pulling its data right from the WP Stats ??
Anyway, here is my site: https://paperflutterby.de/
Right at the bottom of the sidebar it shows 16 right now, while yesterday it was 13 – no idea where this number is coming from because according to Site Stats I had a few more visitors than 3 since yesterday.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WordPress Stats View Counter] VisitorsAh, so it is not possible to use it as a visitor counter for a blog but rather for single posts/pages?
Maybe I should explain better what I’m trying to do.
I put the [view-count] code in a widget to use it as a visitor counter on the sidebar of my blog.
It now shows 16, which seems to be the number of visitors that looked at my website for the last 3 days since I installed the plugin. But when I have a look at my Dashboards’ Site Stats and then at “Summaries” I can see the total number of visitors of the last months = around 700 or something (I know all those numbers are ridiculously small xD but every 100th visitor is a milestone for me ;D).
I’d love to have this total number of visitors displayed, and not only those 16 who visited since installing the plugin. If thats possible..

In reply to: [WordPress Stats View Counter] VisitorsI have no clue what ‘post meta’ means but I’ve been using Jetpack for a few months now and always looked at those “Site Stats” in the Dashboard.

In reply to: [qTranslate] Plugin works under 3.5Just updated to WP 3.5. too and am facing the same problem.
I tried to edit the php file as described above, but now I am having a constant warning at the top of the page:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /www/htdocs/../wp-content/plugins/qtranslate/qtranslate.php:1) in /www/htdocs/../wp-content/plugins/qtranslate/qtranslate_core.php on line 71
So yeah, I’d appreciate a quick update as well, am relying on this plugin a lot (:

In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Emails not workingHi Matty,
so I talked to their support and indeed it is a problem with their styled buttons (javascript) thing. It produces a nice hover effect to buttons which I actually quite like and don’t want to remove (which would be one way to solve the problem they said).
They told me another option would be to look in the plugin code for where the plugin is outputting form submit buttons and then add the “noStyle” class to the appropriate HTML or PHP code.
Something like <button class=”noStyle”>My button</button>.So if I wanted to add that class to the form buttons where would be that code and would it be possible even?

In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Emails not workingDamn. It really is the theme. Totally gonna contact their support.
Thanks for your help!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Emails not workingI deactivated all PlugIns and deleted the timthumb.php plus cache folder from the directory, but it still does not work :/

In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Emails not workingI can’t, it’s not a PlugIn like that. It comes with the theme.
Bascially it’s the timthumb.php that needs a cache folder in the directory to make pictures look pretty on websites.
You really think that could be the problem? The only PlugIns I have installed are
Hello Dolly, Jetpack, kk Star Ratings, Like-Button-Plugin-For-Wordpress and your Subscribe2. Any of them knowingly causes problems?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Emails not workingNot that I know of. I’m not even sure what that means.
I only have the timthumb cache if that counts?
