Hey there,
We’re back with some good news!
In our latest release, we have resolved the issue where Add HTML before event content and Add HTML after event content fields under Events > Settings > Display > Additional Content tab strip out HTML tags
Please update the plugins to their latest versions to apply that fix to your site.
As always, we suggest testing updates on a staging site first and having a recent backup, but it should all be smooth sailing.See: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/
If you have further questions/concerns, please feel free to reach out.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] “Latest Past Events” shows OLDEST past eventsHi @gracemusic1, @socalhb ,
Sorry for the confusion. This bug, showing oldest events in the Past Events event, is a different one from the issue about past events displaying in different categories, that was fixed in the 6.7.1. The fix for the current issue is still in progress. We will notify here when the solution is ready.
We hope for your extended patience and understanding.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] “Latest Past Events” shows OLDEST past eventsHi @acjohnson1985 @gracemusic1,
Thanks for your updates. Yes, the TECTRIA-491 bug ticket is still in progress. Although I can’t give an exact date, it’s very likely that it will be fixed soon in the next plugin release. We will let you know on this thread.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event Calendar not showing the latest eventsHi @jluisfg,
That sounds unexpected. Have you tried temporarily changing the theme to the default Twenty Twenty One WordPress theme, for instance, just to rule out issues with code customizations? Also we recommend we move to do conflict testing (see: Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins) in a staging environment (see: Testing Updates in a Staging Environment) to isolate the situation.
Kindly let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] WordPress Critical ErrorHi @wavewatcher,
Thanks for your feedback. Today we have launched the 6.8.0 version today, that comes with several fixes and improvements. Kindly try the upgrade to see if this fix the issue. Also if you have the Event Tickets plugin, please update it to the 5.16.0.1 last version.
Sometimes errors like these appear in certain scenarios where there may be other elements in other versions that cause conflicts. That is why we always release new versions to improve compatibility and avoid these issues.
Please let us know how this goes.

Hi @mlopezfom,
Thay seems to be unexpected. We were unable to replicated using our last plugin version. Could you share 2 or 3 records of your CSV file to check it and make some tests?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Feature not working: Include events in main blog loopHi @nnmhr2021,
I just tested this option with our latest plugin release and works fine. Just to clarify, with this option enabled, events will be displayed in the “blog” page of your site. That’s what you expect, right? Also just to rule out, the same issue happen if you switch to another Theme?
