i wiped everything out. then did a wordpress install from cpanel fantastico. then yanked down the 3.3 and it installed after the first pass found a problem which said something about try reinstalling it again. so the second time was a charmer. 3.3 works! then i installed weaver. the first screen that weaver requests to save your ftp info, i put everything in and save results immediately in this error. (***’s covering private info)
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_module_open() in /home/****/public_html/*****/wp-content/themes/weaver/wvr-includes/wvr-fileio.php on line 199.. other stuff seems to work. i’m sure we’re all guinny pigs for this release ??

no luck. totally fresh install of wordpress. wget latest install gives 3.2.1 !!!! what?? so in manually upgrade it and /wp-admin/menu.php on line 34

we should call this the 3.3 line 34 install error.

because fresh or manual, the same problem occurs.

i’m thinking after wasting 3 hours that this shit dont work. i started fresh!!! wget fresh still pulls in 3.2.1…fix that crap please! so with a brand new 3.2.1 install and then automated and manual upgrade results in the same hogwash. why don’t you knuckleheads have the real world test for you instead of the lab doing sterile installs. I’m so fed up with version to version errors that I just wanna scream. after all this !!! same blasted error. now… off to do some billable hours! ??

same problem. i have Weaver Plus installed. Stuck!!!! I forgot to deactivate my plugins ?? . replacing menu.php let me login but then same error came back. HELP HELP ??
