log in to your site through the Cpanel and go to wp-contents then plugin and rename the folder video-embed-thumbnail-generator and try reloading the site it should solve the problem. That plugin is the cause f the error

2 different themes are giving me the same issue

one of my websites was updated to version 5.3 and now it throwing these errors
