@soylaostia Thanks for letting me know about this. Do you have a stack trace available to send to me? And which version(s) of VC are you using? And could you send me an email via the “contact support button in the plugin so that I can get some diagnostic info from your site?

I am going to release an update today, please install that update, then delete the plugin, then re-install and you will be good.

@jimon07 I fixed the issue- it turns out your db table was missing a column.

@jimon07 I did login to your site, but haven’t been able to figure out exactly where the problem lay. I will need a bit more time if that’s alright.

@stafca Alright I just added 1.8.1 to the tags directory.

@jimon07 Also, can you tell me which PHP version you are using, as well as your browser?

I’d like to take a closer look at this if possible. Do you have a development environment available that I could login with to check this out myself?

Let try this:
a) can you try to deactivate the plugin, and then reactivate it?

b) can you open up your browser dev tools, click the “console” tab, and tell me if you see an error message when you try creating a hint?

@jimon07 Thanks for telling me about this, I wish you had told me sooner though. Can you try to deactivate those plugins, one at a time, and tell me if you are able to add hints?
