Thanks so much for getting back to me. I didn’t get an email notification hence me only just having spotted this.

I don’t believe I have such a plug in or anchors. In fact, when I use any other popup (made in Popup Maker) none of them do this, they all work as expected. For now, I’ve switched to a different one so people don’t keep getting sent elsewhere but it’s a really odd bug ! I will try the debug process you linked and see if that helps.

Thanks for your help. I’ll report back later.

    Samphy.

OMG! After almost 2 months with this issue I have found and fixed the problem! Thank you Nicola for suggesting to check plugin incompatibilities.

The conflict for me was with the Gallery plug in by BestWebSoft. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted as I have literally tested every other calendar plug in out there to try and find a replacement, but none work as well as this one ??

I hope this solves the issue for some of you other peeps having trouble!

    Hey again,

I’ve tested everything you suggested Nicola, I have mod-rewrite working fine, my permalinks are all working fine and yet almost 100% of the time, when trying to select a month or a date in the future, I get the error:

Something went wrong while fetching events.
    The request status is: 404
The error thrown was: Not Found

Do you have any other theories as to what may be causing this? It’s worth noting that I have used the calender for about 3 years and this error has only appeared since updating to WordPress 4.0 I believe.

    Thank you,

    Samphy

Hi, I get the same issue. It is not 100% and occurs maybe 75% of the time when trying to either switch to month view, or scroll to next or previous months.

I had a whole bunch of trouble with a manual update of the plug in recently which I resolved by deleting it completely and installing from scratch, not sure if that has anything to do with the issue?

    My site is: https://www.warwickshirefitness.com/wpx/class-timetable/

    Cheers,

I’m experiencing the exact same issue as Dan, (but on my localhost server which I use for testing updates, thank God!). Here’s what I did:

    – Updated from WP 3.7 to 3.8
    – Updated one other plug in first (Bad Behaviour)
    – Click the auto update on Fast Secure Contact Form
    – Got the error “Destination folder already exists”
    – Tried all the suggestions on your website Mike, auto un-install/re-install. Manual uninstall and manual re-install.
    – I manually delete the folder from wp-content/plugins/ and try re-installing manually and automatically and I still get the error.

I have no idea why it thinks there is still a folder there when there clearly isn’t.

The plug-in vanished from the dashboard so cannot do anything via that way.

I am on Windows 7 and use WAMPServer 2.4.

I am a novice at WordPress but follow instructions well, please help!
