Update: Solved

I added all the page related permissions when generating access token. After that input in https://app.essential-addons.com/facebook/?is working. Secret key is actually different from the access token.

Turns out the plugin wasn’t the issue. We disabled it and retested. The image url is correct as you said but it’s still not displaying ??

Any other thoughts?

The plugin is “File Renaming on upload”. We can disable it. That should solve the problem.

Link added, this is a woocommerce single product page. And if you navigate to the reviews section (last tab) you can see that the profile image is not displaying correctly.

Same issue here.

For me it’s only logged in user can submit form.

Other users will get the same error message.

Suggest you install flamingo and see the status of each form submission?

It is as Sanjeev said the plugin is trying to send all the email at once. However optimizing the code is a bit difficult so we thought maybe there is a way to send the emails faster and not get timed out?
