Any idea of a work around to enable me to use the CDN and the litespeed plugin for wordpress?

I have already disabled the CDN and cleared all caches. It is possible that the browser or other CDN caches are still being cleared. One avenue I am trying to turning off the option which preloads when you hover over links. This seems to be calling the cart page before items can be added.

They can add it into the local apache config file but not into the main file as I am on shared hosting. This might be the main issue

Thank you for your feedback. This code was already added to the very top of the .htaccess file but the WARNING message still persisted

When I load the GTMetrix speed test the only thing that is slowing the site down is the admin-ajax.php at almost 8 seconds. This exclusively contains data from the currency switcher plugin.
