  • Hi,

I have deactivated, deleted and re-installed and re-activated the plugin 3 times now and the plugin is failing to deploy the code, resulting in not loading on any page. Since it is a common complain from many and there’s an issue it would be helpful if you can list down the possible cause and provide solution to try.The previous version was working well on our https://www.swissprivatetour.com and now it’s not installing. Would appreciate your help with this at the earliest convenience. Thanks

Hi I have installed and activated the invisible repactcha. I do not see repaptcha icon anywhere. Needed this shown in woocommerce login and register page and in Ninja form.

Would appreciate your kind support with this. Thanks

Please treat this on an urgent basis as we must be GDPR compliant.

    1. The GDPR requires consent and acknowledgement from the form review submitter. This we achieve by including a simple check-box with I consent text. However, we need to also include additional text with link to our privacy policy page. How do we include HTML tag in the form to achieve this?

    2. In the event the submitter of the review would like to modify, change and delete their data, can this be done through the GDPR plugin in WordPress or how do we manage this for Strong Testimonial?

    3. Surely Strong Testimonial has taken the necessary steps to be GDPR compliant and want site controllers to take all necessary steps to be compliant. However, our claims are only ‘statements’ without auditable evidences. So the question #2 above is vital for us as submitter has the right to retrieve information on personal data that has been processed from the form submission.

Look forward to your urgent reply to resolve this outstanding compliance task at the soonest.

    Many thanks,

    Samuel
