Thank you for your advice. There are 671 Pending at Schedule Actions. And when i clicked one of them to Run, there is a message displayed “Successfully executed action:?woocommerce_run_product_attribute_lookup_regeneration_callback” but pending still 671. And havign this message “Action Scheduler:?670?past-due actions?found; something may be wrong”

First thing first, try to find out which plugin causes this issue by deactivate all the plugins except for Contact form 7, then activate one by one to detect. If the issue is not caused by any plugins, you may try this- go to Setting, then click Permalinks and click Save.

The Theme you used might cause this issue as well.

Yes, the issue was caused by Code Snippets plugin. I have deleted it and re-installed the plugin 3.6.5. Issue resolved.
