i can’t send a message since i dont have a suscription on your website. I use the free version of the plugin. I have disabled the ajax cart option of woodmart and flexible shipping is working now. It seems like your plugin changed the hook of add to cart recently and it stop working with ajax
Hey! I have try by disabling all plugins but flexible shipping woocommerce and the essentials one for my theme and still no luck.

I can make an admin user for you if yo uwant to check some more since in the console i don’t get anything when the error happens.
It’s also important to say that the error happens just for guests users when you are logged in the error doesnt happend and my store is set so that the guest users can buy without an accountHello @tograczyk,
I have installed the version previous to the update that broke the plugin for me and the problem still persist.

I have talked to Woodmart support and it’s not a theme issue. I have activated twenty as Josselynj did and the problem persists. @josselynj Can you please give the list of plugins you are using to see if we have some plugin in common that might be creating the problem?I have deactivated all plugins but woocommerce and flexible and the problem still continue. After seeing this i decided to re-activate all plugins and change my theme from woodmart 7.2 to storefront and them problem seems to be with woodmart maybe their last update is breaking sometime with flexible shipping plugin
Hello, im having the same problem with the last version of the plugin. It was working fine before the update I have not change my theme or add any other plugin. When you add a item to the cart and proceed to view the cart or checkout the cart gets empty.
If i deactivate the plugin the cart stars working again. Would it be possible to get a download link to the previous version of the plugin please?
UPDATE: The error only happens for guest users. I deactivated cache just to check if it was a cache problem but no. It’s a problem with non logged users and flexible shipping activated- This reply was modified 1 year, 10 months ago by Samuel.

The same happens to me, im going to explain it a little bit more in detail since this bug can make users lost a lot of sells.
In our store we use polylang and Premmerce, the problem occurs when we selected the polylang’s settings called: the langauge is set by the content. This means the following.
Instead of https://domain.com/es/category
The domain is : https://domain.com/categoria (category in spanish)Since this setting is better for SEO a lot of users use it.
The bug causes the page to go to 404.
Apparently Premmerce redirects and this polylang setting cause a conflict between each other, this is a compatibility bug that can i’m sure can be fix in future versions.
The way i solve this bug (for a day or less) is by changing polylang’s settings, deleting cache, and putting the settings as they were before deleting cache, but after 24 hours or so the bug appears again.
Would be great to have this bug solve,
