I have tried and from what i see on the url for the download link, the file path is missing the uploads folder i.e https://example.com/2019/07/productxyz instead of https://example.com/dive/2019/07/productxyz

I also have the same problem i have followed all steps but no album or image is displaying.

I use bitly to shorten post on my website and one shorten url has been giving some funny result

i have tried disabling all the plugins except elementor to see if one was conflicting but that is not the issue.
Even toogle contect from elementor are not displaying as a drop down.

I am not using any caching plugin also , so i dont know what could be the error.

Am also using the latest version of WordPress and the plugin but its not logging any data
