Looks like it is an SSL issue as I get this with getWebhookInfo :

It does work fine with Botpress.org so I guess I’ll have to set up the callback manually in settings.php

It seems to be related to their plugin because the Show pop-up action triggers well with the WPAutomator plugin.

FYI I followed exactly this tutorial so I don’t think it’s a configuration issue.
I do think it’s a bug on your side because the exact same config works with AutomatorWP and Popup Maker.

I just tried on another fresh site with Twenty 18 theme and only these 2 plugins activated but I get the same issue. I even tried with a more simple trigger A user views a page but I get also an error for the Show popup action which I cannot debug because I don’t see any logs even tho WP_DEBUG is on…

FYI I get the same error with this trigger A user’s post receives a comment so it looks related to comments only.
No problem to trigger that event when using AutomatorWP but I’d rather use your plugin ??
NB : I don’t have anything written in the error or debug logs on the server.

I just needed to add the allowfullscreen in this iframe as well because it wasn’t fetching that option from the iframe in the html page

I found a solution using the iframe and specifying the other html page but the youtube fullscreen function is unavailable (message appearing when I try to click on the square icon) inside the pop-up whereas fullscreen mode is clickable inside the video if I call the html page directly. Any idea?

Yes I tried the Text method but the html code doesn’t display properly at all.
How can I be sure the remote content add-on will display it well this way. The html code is pretty big, more than 1MB of data
