I have taken hosting from GoDaddy and they have confirmed that there is no problem form their side.
Parameters used are: Host: localhost, Mailer: SMTP, Port: 25
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to serverSMTP server. Failed to connect to server SMTP.
