We have checked it from our side and it turns out that such a behavior is connected to a specific setting that gives access to the Ecwid admin in WordPress to particular users. You should give rights to added users to see the Ecwid admin. Here are the steps:

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Users > All Users.
2. Under the needed user click Edit.
3. Scroll down till the ”Access to Ecwid Control Panel” section.
4. Tick the “Allow this user to access your store’s control panel and change settings. “ box.
5. Click Update Profile

After that, the needed user will have access to the Ecwid admin inside the WordPress dashboard.
