Thanks it worked, I was using master FTP credentials, logged in via user credentials and it worked.

I got it fixed it was another plugin simple subscribe which was conflicting with wptouch, i disabled Simple Subscribe and it is working fine now.

I removed plugin to check the site but problem is still there now i installed wptouch again on itechfever.com. Please have a look.

Also on https://facebookcommentimages.com there were 3 widgets on footer they are not showing but they are enabled on widget area, also there was 4 links at the bottom of page like sitemap, privacy, disclaimer they are not showing.

When i tried to activate it , got internal server error, disable jetpack or any other random plugin it works. Please help

I never installed any cache plugin on itechfever.com , also checked via ftp there is no cache folder in wp- content. What to do next? please.

I have deactivated and removed that plugin, but still footer is not there also few widgets [simple subscribe] are not showing in sidebar.

It was working fine on WP 3.9.1, but afater installing WPtouch i am facing such issue. is there anything which i need to check in database or other files?
i checked that wptouch is compatible up to 3.8.3. What can be possible reason theme is updated to its latest version.

I tried it on twenty fourteen theme and i can see the footer, now i delete the magazine pro theme and did a fresh install but not getting footer strange, same thing is happening with https://www.facebookcommentimages.com other theme are working fine but a fresh install of current theme does not work how can this be possible?

Is there anything do with database?
