ok figured out it wasn’t actually showing at all because I had background put in twice.. but now that I corrected that.. its not filling in the sidebar at all…GRRRRRRR

the image i put in should show and repeat down..

so I found an article on css faux columns located here https://line25.com/articles/create-sidebars-of-equal-height-with-faux-columns which I followed and is great!!!! but my only thing is.. after following it.. the right column extends in content as transparent and not repeating the image down like it shows in the tutorial. https://www.alistapart.com/articles/fauxcolumns/ I seen this site on Css Faux columns… but that is for replacing the entire background with this… I have a background I want to use already.. just need the sidebar and main content columns to be the same length. Any other ideas? thanks!!

but that moves everything down. Any idea how to replace the blog title text with a logo and not have everything move?

How do you remove it just from the Home page and not the other pages?

I would like to move the bottom menu that you see that says Home, architects, contractors, gallery, get a quote and home, our plant over to the brown rectangle… I want to delete the search bar.. and I will eventually remove the main page title with an image that sits above the blue square… baby steps ha.

I can’t seem to get it linged up to the top under the fist one… I am at 30px and still not up there.. it moved the search field up to the brown area….
