    Hi, Thanks for the responses. I don’t know what the ‘security code’ however sometimes when I use PayPal I have to wait for them to text me a code before I can fully log in and process a transaction. I assume that is what the customer is referring to.

    I use the plugin Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce to add tracking information.

    In order to seek to resolve this and to know if it happens again I have now installed the WP Mail Logging plugin so I can track all sent emails. I have also now removed the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce plugin as I think this may have caused the problem.

    Hi,

    No I didn’t do anything apart from process the new orders by adding the tracking information which also sets the order to shipped.

    I’ve checked under WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs and there are no logs saved.

    Hi, I’ve enabled the plugin on the site. I’m using Safari as my browser and have 1Password and Evernote extensions enabled. I have just tried using Firefox and don’t get the error in that browser.

    With the SiteGround security plugin enabled when I try to either create a new page or edit an existing page and then click on either ‘Use Divi Editor” or “Use Default Editor” (I am using Divi on my site), I then get the error message.

    The error message gives three options: Attempt Recovery – Copy Post Text – Copy Error

    If I then click the ‘copy error’ option I get:

    Hi,

    Unfortunately none of this helped.

    I did however suddenly think that it might be the Instagram link, which is included as part of the setup, that might be causing a problem. I disabled that in the setup process and now it has all worked as it should.

    I posted a week ago on the Code Snippets support page but so far no response. The error I get with that plugin is:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’, expecting end of file in /home/customer/www/mysite.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/snippet-ops.php(469) : eval()’d code on line 9
    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    I’ve tried again to put your code into my functions.php file but when I hit the ‘Submit for Review’ I still get the ‘Oops, something went wrong’ error message with no further details. It doesn’t give me an error message like the one you suggested.

    Ive added the Code Snippets plugin but unfortunately it breaks my site so I’ve had to disable and remove it.

    I tried adding the code to the functions.php hole for my theme but that doesn’t seem to have any effect. Where do I access the error message as it doesn’t automatically appear?

    As nothing is working I’ve deleted the plugin and used PHPMyAdmin to delete all database records including wc_facebook in the field name. This has got further and I now get to the screen that says ‘Submit for review’ however I then still get the Oops something went wrong error message.

    I don’t get to a screen that allows me to set those settings. I get to the screen that says ‘Select you ad account’ it them moves to select Facebook pixel but immediately flicks to ‘Oops, something went wrong.’
