    Hi @jmschumann,

Since in this forum we try to solve issues related to just a WordPress site, I recommend asking at W3 Total Cache forums for more technical help.

    Hi @grw1,

WPBakery has limitations when it comes to using templates across multisite installations. You can explore other page builders that support multisite functionality, or consider custom development as alternatives.

But since in this forum, we try to solve issues related to just a WordPress site, I recommend asking further questions in the plugin support communities, as they can help you better with this.

    Hope it helps!

Hi @robertlynch, there are actually plenty of WordPress optimization plugins. You can consider different things such as cost, ease of use, features, and compatibility with other WordPress products as well.

While I use W3 Total Cache for my website, I suggest taking a look at this article for more insights on popular caching plugins, highly recommended by the WordPress community. Take your time to check out the plugin’s profile on WordPress and choose the one that suits your needs.?

    Hope it helps!

Thanks for letting me know @neuropsyched,

The best thing to do here is to run a theme and plugin compatibility test in these steps:

    1. Switch to a WordPress default theme, “Twenty Twenty-Three”. Then check again to see if it resolved the issue.
    2. Deactivate all your plugins
    3. Reactivate and check them one by one
    4. If the problem is fixed, the plugin you deactivated was the culprit

Also, check your console to see if there are any errors there. You can find them here:
? In Google Chrome, open Chrome Menu, select More Tools > Developer Tools
    ? On macOS, use Option + ? + J
    ? On Windows/Linux, Shift + CTRL + J

    Hi @kamciuv,

In this forum, we try to solve issues related to default WordPress products. For other WordPress plugins and themes, it is usually better to ask for help in their own forums, as they can help you better with your demands.

Hi @neuropsyched, I understand how frustrating it would be, and I’m happy to help.

There are several possible reasons why your custom fonts may not be displayed on the front end. But first, for more clarification, please let me know about:

    1. What are your current page builder and theme?
    2. Are there any WordPress products that you have installed recently?
    3. What plugins/themes have you updated recently?

The first method here is to check for theme/plugin incompatibility in these steps:
    – Switch to a default WordPress theme
    – Disable all plugins/themes
    – Reactivate them one by one and check if the issue is resolved

If you find out which one is causing the issue, you should contact their support team and let them know about it.

Meanwhile, you can check for other factors. Most likely, the fonts are cached, so try looking at your website in a private window. After that, clear your cache and check again.

Please try these steps and let me know how it works on your end.

Hi @hiekef2f, I know how frustrating it is.

To fix the WordPress admin dashboard, here is a quick link to check. After accessing to WP admin panel via phpMyAdmin or FTP, please follow these steps:

    • Make your WordPress login more secure
    • Check for any suspicious users and remove them
    • Use a security plugin to scan and check your website
    • Keep your website up to date, update WordPress, plugins, and themes to the latest version

To download your files from your WordPress website using FTP, visit this link.

    Hi @myhappyidea,

The issue you’re experiencing can be caused by a number of factors, including plugin/theme conflicts that cause these changes or incorrect permalink settings.

First things first, always update the WordPress, plugins, and themes to the latest versions available. Then reset permalinks to default mode and check again.

To run a conflict test, switch to a WordPress default theme, disable all themes/plugins, then reactivate and check them one by one to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue still persists, it would be due to server configuration and web server software. It is best to contact the website hosting provider as they have your FTP credentials and can help you better on this issue.

    Hope it helps!

Besides the fact that the site you mentioned is not using WordPress, there are several ways to add a video background to your WordPress site.

You can use a page builder to either embed a YouTube video or upload it in your WordPress media library and use it. For instance, WordPress Block Editor has a Cover block that allows you to insert background images and videos.

You can also use a standalone plugin like Advanced WordPress Backgrounds, Easy Video Background Plugin, or any other WordPress video plugin. Alternatively, you can use a theme that features easy video backgrounds, as you can see more details here.

Here is also another link that could help.

    Hi @martin177,

Since in this forum, we try to solve issues related to just www.ads-software.com sites, I suggest you read this article while waiting for them to reply.

    Hi @maribatha,

As the details show, Essential Addons for Elementor (version 5.8.17) is causing this issue. I have also noticed that your website’s PHP version is outdated. The methods listed below help you resolve the problem, or you can simply check this article:

    • Delete that plugin
    • Restore the site using backup files
    • Upgrade the site’s PHP version

You have two options to manually reset your plugins (no Dashboard access required) that you can check here. Deleting the mentioned plugin would solve the issue, and make sure to contact their support team and let them know about this one.

Additionally, you can restore a previous backup from your website and update to the latest version available for PHP as well.

    Hope it helps!

    Hi @tatilpanosu,

You can make your own WordPress theme, and here is a link for more information that you can use.

And also, what you mean by “WordPress theme management panel”? You can read below to find out which one it is:

    1.  The latest version of WordPress that allows you to customize the twenty-twenty-three theme. You can read more here.
    2. WordPress Theme Builders, which are popular theme builders and let you build a theme.
    3. A theme boilerplate, for instance, https://barebones.dev or https://underscores.me

    Hope it helps!

    Hi @siagomez54,

The issue of loading posts on WP admin dashboard could be due to different reasons, such as plugins/themes incompatibility, caching issues, problems on the server side, or an outdated version of WordPress.

To fix the issue, please follow these methods:

    • Run a conflict test for plugins and themes. Disable them all, then re-activate them one by one and check if it resolves the issue. Also, switch to a default WordPress theme and check again.
    • Clear your browser’s cache.
    • Update WordPress to the latest version.
    • If the issue still persists, it is probably on the server side. It would be best to contact your hosting company and let them know about it.

Hope it helps! Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Hi @justanormalwpuser24,

I understand your concern regarding loading your editor. To figure out what’s causing this issue, please follow these methods:

    • First things first, make sure to update WordPress, plugins, and themes to the latest versions and check if the issue is resolved.
    • Run a test for any theme/plugin conflicts. Disable all of them, activate and check them one by one to see if that resolves the issue. It’s also good to change to a WordPress default theme and check again.
    • Clear browser cache and refresh the page. If you have enabled caching on your site, disable it and check again.
    • If the issue still persists, you can check site health to see if there are any further details that would help.

Hope it helps! Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Hi @kastan88,

Generally, it is possible to change the WoredPress.org website password directly in the database through phpMyAdmin, and along the way, you’ll find what the email address is saved as too. However, since your website is on WordPress.com and not www.ads-software.com, you should ask them for further technical assistance in figuring out this issue.

Hope this goes well on your end.
