I had also contacted UPS tech support to see if this was on their end, and I just received this message and am not sure how to respond to this, any insights or help would be greatly appreciated to try to figure out why these rates are not pulling in. thank you Susan

I’ve reviewed your support request and will need to take a look at your request and response files.
Please provide the header and body of the API request. For security purposes, leave the security elements in place but redact the authorization credentials. When you provide the files in your response, attach them in either RAW or TEXT format in a ZIP file.
If you have a SOAP, XML, or JSON integration, you will need to debug your application to obtain the XML/Soap/JSON request and response files.
If you are unable to obtain these files, please contact someone in your company who can assist you. This may be a developer in your IT department or someone that has access to your API console. If needed, you can forward this email thread to the person or group who is responsible for managing your API solution. ?

Hello, thank you. So then, I put in only theaccount for the surepost rates and saved it on the UPS account number field on the UPS LIve Rates Tab. I then did test orders and I can not get my negitiated rates to pull into woocommerce order checkout. It is only pulling in the list price for surepost. please see screen schots from my UPS.com account and sanigirl.com account for this test order
