Well I think u have to set permissions on your folders so that it ll work.If u dont mind then I would to work on your project.

I think u haven’t upgrade it completely.once again upgrade & see.it ll work.

Well just install the wordpress again.change the wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php.Set up the database connection.open your database & copy the database name as well as you can see there a DB host.what ever IP will be written,just copy & paste it in your wp-config.php file as well as give the username & password.nothing more to be changed there.

Hello,Friends Well I think there must be installation errors.i.e. please check your database connection well or you delete all the files & again upload it to your server.Just follow the steps of wordpress installation.I hope you ll get the right point.If still not able to solve it then I would like to try on this on your server.
