OK… many thanks for the prompt response.

Thanks Thimo… will give it a try.

I have been trying your plug-in alongside the standard Spreadshirt shop embedded into my site. The embedded shop looks nice and works well on desktops but seems to fall apart on mobile devices. Their navigation menus just don’t work and neither does the checkout.

It’s a big plus point for your plug-in that it works on mobile devices.

My only real (slightly negative) comment is that the thumbnails look bitmappy on mobile devices – especially ones with larger screens. But I guess that’s because it’s using the same thumbnail as on the desktop view.

Thanks. The error seemed to sort itself.

Thanks Thimo… is it just an HTML link I can put in that box? Will it allow script?

Ummm… just tried doing a rebuild cache and getting an error message: ”Internal Server Error (500)’. Please check the browser console for more informations.’ Is that my server or spreadshirt?

Also… I was going to put a nother post but might as well ask here now… is there a way of linking back to the page a customer was viewing from the checkout when they click the ‘back to shop’ link. I’m using the pop-up iframe in modal window for the checkout as the checkout will only seem to fit a full width window. I’m using a sidebar on my pages and the checkout won’t fit. I’ve no problem using the iframe but would like a ‘back to shopping’ type link where it goes back to the page last viewed.

I also tried adding a straight HTML link in the link field but even after an update the link still defaults back to standard Spreadshirt page.

    Thanks Thimo… I created a new page and added [spreadplugin shop_productcategory=”Men” shop_productsubcategory=”T-Shirts”]

Hit rebuild cache again and the plug-in rebuilt 91 items on that page. When I view the finished page it has generated all the men’s t-shirts. So all good.

Is it normall to rebuild (what appears to be) all the mens products just on that page?

I created another page and added: [spreadplugin shop_productcategory=”Women” shop_productsubcategory=”T-Shirts”]

When I rebuild the the cache this page only shows 4 T-shirts. When I view the category on Spreadshirt it shows 14 womens t-shirts in that category.

    The rebuld looks like this:

    T Shirt womens

At the moment the page only displays one shirt and the layout of the shirts has changed… they are not in a grid any more.

    I can send you a log-in if you want…

I tried accessing the main spreadshirt site from my phone and had no problems getting through to the checkout… so not sure what the issue is here. Like I said the products and shop content shows up just fine. Just hope it’s an easy fix.

BTW… I upgraded to latest version of the plugin.

    It’s WordPress 3.9.5

Hmmm… did a cache rebuild this morning, many days after product category created and everything shows up fine on the page.

So for now the issue seems resolved. Is this normal then? That it can take days for the category to be live properly?

The behaviour seems really odd… the category content appeared to show up the day after it was created in the category page I created with the category shortcode, but alongside all other articles. Then a few days later (after cache rebuild) only the category products now on view.

Anyhoo… glad it appears to have resolved itself. At least I know what to expect in future.

The API seems to have refreshed itself this morning.

When I view the page with the [spreadplugin shop_category=”373691″] shortcode added, the products I categorised with this now show up. Unfortunately, so do all the other products I’ve created. I double checked to see how many products I’d categorised… only 4, yet 14 are showing up.

Hi Thimo… that was quick ??

    Shop ID is 1021185

    Cat Id is 373691

This was the shortcode I used… [spreadplugin shop_category=”373691″]
