In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Almost all form entry is marked as spam (and doesn't send)Hi Takayuki,
Sure: https://www.delftsbleau.nl/ You have seen this site before, because we have been working on this already.
I’m still a bit reluctant to post both a link to the site and the plugins I use, but if that is the only way to help solving this problem that, from the looks of it, is bothering a lot of people, it has to be this way.I’ve done some more testing and I tried disabling the nonce checking in CF7. After this, my test message (form entry) that failed 100% of the time for months was sent immediately. This of course does not mean *all* people can use the form again, nor does it solve the real problem. If there is anything I can do to help solve the problem, please let me know.
Thanks for your time again,
Sander.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Orange "Failed to send your message." response. The problem with the ‘orange border problem’ is that the mail is never offered to the smtp subsystem, so installing postman-smtp is not going to help.
Orange border means CF7 decided the form is/contains spam so it will not be passed on to whatever you are using to send mail. If the provider is restricting, the error would not show up orange, but a red border (assuming the mail system gives you an error (5xx) trying to send the mail),From my experience there are no errors in the logs, because there are no errors to report. CF7 doesn’t throw an error when it decides something is spam.
Just my 2 cents,
Sander.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Almost all form entry is marked as spam (and doesn't send)Hi Takayuki,
Thanks for your response, I checked the FAQ before posting the question, that’s why I stated I do not use any caching plugin and I have an empty comments blacklist.
So according to the FAQ there must be something going wrong with the nonce verification. Is this something I can test? Is there anything else I can check?
Thanks for your time,
Sander

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Yellow border problem in 4.4.1I did some additional debugging and searching. I’m using the contact-form-7-to-database plugin and I have a test environment where I can do some testing and compare the results. For some reason some of the columns in the database are not filled in on the system were I have the problems. I’m missing data in the _wpnonce column and in the _wpfc7_is_ajax_call column. Could this have something to do with the problem?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Yellow border problem in 4.4.1I’d rather not put all these details on a public forum. I’m more than happy to send them to you personally though.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Yellow border problem in 4.4.1I can send you the data I’m entering into the form to trigger the problem if you like in a private mail, for me using this data and safari it’s 100% reproducible.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Yellow border problem in 4.4.1I have serveral plugins installed, but not all are active (yet) is there a specific plugin you suspect? I’m also using the contact from database plugin, and this doesn’t record any entry either. Aksimet plugin is installed but not activated.
The weird part remains that it sometimes works as I do get some mails from people through the form. Is there a way to debug the spam triggering mechanism in CF7? I do have access to the filesystem and I am comfortable with vi.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Yellow border problem in 4.4.1It’s now [contact-form-7 id=”927″ title=”Contactformulier 1″]
I also just added recaptcha to the page, to see if that helps, but I haven’t had time to try that yet.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Yellow border problem in 4.4.1I just tested it and it does not seem to solve the problem. One of my customers send me a screenshot of the message she tried to send and as soon as I fill in the form with her data (which is valid data) I get the orange border problem. I’m not using akismet nor recaptcha

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Yellow border problem in 4.4.1I’ve updated the short code, et’s hope this solves the problem. According to the application the old format can also be used, that’s why I never tried changing it. Thanks for all your time and I keep you updated!
