For Wdk Categories Carousel please open admin dash, go to Directory Kit -> Categories -> Edit wanted category and change image

In Elementor element when editing in Elementor you can define which categories from admin dash you want to show exactly

Rearranging on the “listing Management” currently is not supported, so only by custom coding, but I added idea to list for future improvements. IF you need this urgently please contact us via official website we may send you beta when will be ready.

For export please consider premium import export addon available on our official website, to export in xml what you can easily transform to csv also.
