Removing is not supported but you can change it, to change it you can login into admin Dashboard, go to Directory Kit -> Settings -> Change “Custom Listing Preview Page Slug”

We had some similar case in past, was conflict with some of plugins which changing core wp functionality in a bit bad way, what causing such troubles and we worked on some solution for that.
