I will also update my own ticket – however we have found actually that it was a plugin conflict that was stopping klaviyo working – suggest that you run a staging site and deactivate plugins until you find the one that clashes with your system – for us it was WC Currency Switcher

I have not had to change any settings within wp cerber at all

Thanks they are unable to supply me with an IP Address – but I have also checked full activity log and nothing there either – its only using the v3/products API GET request that seems to be the issue

Would that be any different from v2 post or get requests as far as cerber goes?

Did you get anywhere with this as we are also hitting the same issue ourselves?

I was thinking that we should add something into the anti spam section / query whitelist – but I am unsure if this would suffice or not?

You sound like a decent person – but your plugin gave a very different feel.. the pops ups were 4 within the first few seconds and at least 2 of them made no sense at all, gave the impression that every time I logged in you’d have a new pop up for me.. or banners would appear in admin area and it would be an “in your face” plugin – I don’t want that

I’d certainly reconsider is all – and see it from the users side

to be honest I don’t want to reinstall as used another one – but if you install on a new set up – as soon as activated you are asked to keep up to date for security issues and also small demographic data – which I skipped. I then went into the set up and you say you only need to answer the 3 first questions. On the first question I deselected EMAIL as I didn’t want “share to email” and straight away a pop up appeared saying – are you sure? and then one that said if you have a newsletter than you wouldn’t want this share icon anyway (well duh? I was disabling it) and then the next one popped up and said something like if you are that mean not getting our newsletters then please at least review us? So they made no sense at all!

just wanted to say that we have this issue – ie no emails are sent at all using 8.9.5, was working fine with 8.9.3 though – we are already on latest version of WP too 5.8.3 – any chance of a fix sooner vs later?
