so I had some help from The events Calendar and they guided me to this page https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/breeze-cache/ now we don’t use cloudways (yet) nor do we use Breeze but we do use Autoptimise so I popped /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/(.*) into the js setting and the css setting and it seemed to solve the issue. Now I’m not a developer just a tryer so I have no idea why it worked but thought I’d add it here incase it helps anyone else.
