I solved My problem.
for Google login when I clicked on the URL that you have provided in “social ID providers” part of your website for Google, I used to direct automatically to another project of mine, and I used to copy their codes.by clicking on this link: https://code.google.com/apis/console/
now I have created a new project and used its code and it workes properly.

And for Facebook login I have enabled curl before but the problem was that 64bit version of WAMP distributed with unusable curl extension.

so I got proper dll file here instead (near end of post, titled Fixed curl extensions):

I can not find sandbox mode on facebook. If you mean this question in settings, its already on.

It’s the erorr that I see:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\wamp\www\wp-content\plugins\loginradius-for-wordpress\LoginRadiusSDK.php on line 64
but this line of code in php ini in not commented:
extension=php_curl.dll

for having google login I have used your step by step way of providing API key. Do I need to create a new Google app too?
