Hi James,
thank you for getting back to me. It turns out that I have to use the Gtag and place it inside the Analytics tab of the Export screen. Thank you!

In reply to: [Easy Notification Bar] Notification bar not showingHi:) I removed the other notification plugin and activated yours. I chose to place the notice at the bottom, but it’s still not working. Would you be so kind as to make this work?
Any help is appreciated:)

In reply to: [Easy Notification Bar] Notification bar not showingHi AJ,
thank you so much for getting back to me. I didn’t remove your plugin, I just deactivated it as I was waiting for you to get back to me and tried another one to see if the problem is still there. And it is. You’re right. I will share your feedback with my theme developer and hope he can help me fix this. I really love the simplicity and elegance of your store notice. Hopefully, I will be able to keep it.
Once again, thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Text is not changing in woo-subscriptionsSorry, wrong place.
UPDATE: If I sign in with wp-login, I can edit other accounts and I’m signed in with my username, my credentials. But, now when I sign in with my host company, with the credentials I set up when I first built the account, whomever has been added as admin will be the main admin and their username is signed in.
All the plugins are activated.
It looks like the first account was, maybe, set up to access the hosting company. I tried to use the password I have to sign in from the wp-log, but it doesn’t work. So now I have one account that signs me in the hosting company and site, and another that lets access the site from the wp-login. But, as I said, the main issue is that once a new account with admin role is activated, I can no longer edit other accounts.
UPDATE: I was able to sign in in incognito and https:// request. Once I was in, my new user account has taken over my other main admin account, even after having logged out from the incognito browser.
I created a new email account for this issue. I added a new user with admin role, my new email, my new user name. Then, I got the email to generate the password. I chose one and saved it.
Then, I went to the websitename.wp-login.php and I still can’t sign in. I tried other test accounts such as customer and subscriber and I can do it. It’s just the admin role that doesn’t work from there. Maybe there’s another login? But, all developers who have worked on my site have always been able to create their password and login from there, I think. What do you think it’s happening?
Let me check. I will get back to you.
I never shared the information about the web hosting login. I think developers log in from the wp-login, after receiving the email to reset their password. I’m the one who can’t do it. I addressed this issue with the hosting company today and I was told that this is a WP issue. That’s why I’m on the forum.
Hi:)
The developer’s name is on the top right. https://imgur.com/TnRhczo
I also noticed that I can only sign into my site from the hosting login, not from the wp-login. I think this is odd, too.
