Sorry, pretty busy week and I wasn’t able to check on this again until now!

We tried disabling everything, including the SG Optimizer, Beaver Builder, and changing to a default WordPress theme. The only thing that was still enabled was the main WooCommerce plugin. It still showed up with the code brackets.

What throws me off the most is that I’ve used this exact setup, Generate Press Theme + Beaver Builder + WooCommerce, with multiple eCommerce pages, and I’ve never had this issue before.

Any update on this?

Actually, I just logged into the Admin area and installed the new update. After updating, I went to update the database, it worked. Then I enabled some of the WooCommerce extension plugins that were crashing, one at a time, they worked too. Seems like the new update included the fix, thank you!

I switched to the TwentySeventeen theme, and I deactivated all the plugins except for WooCommerce, but sadly the problem didn’t change.

I’m getting the same error as NA above! The shop was set up a couple of months ago, but the problem started last week. According to the Plugins page, WooCommerce is activated, but whenever I click on “Orders”, “Products”, or the “Update WooCommerce Database” button, it gives me the following error.

Yes, I just run the same job and it looks like the same error log.

The issue is not solved, I was just stating how things are set up. That’s how they were setup when I run the job that produced the log I sent. Sorry for the confusion!

I selected the bucket from the drop down options displayed once I put in the access keys (screenshot).

Regarding location, I choose the US Standard region. The S3 account I’m using is on US East, but since it’s not an option, I figured US Standard would be the one to choose.
