My site crashed.

– All the pictures is gone (I had to update them to fix it).

– My menu makes a big white space between the content and the menu. See here: https://www.rtxbusinesspark.dk/ . And I can’t seem to remove it by editing the menu.

Fixed it myself.

It sends the same message no matter whether I choose Google Drive, Dropbox etc.

“Just an update, I have now received an update from our 2nd level technicians and they have told me the following:

In order to optimize the firewall, WordFence would have to alter the auto_prepend_file php directive, unfortunately that is not currently possible on our servers as we do not allow alterations PHP directives via .php.ini.

This is the reason why you cannot reach 100% for the firewall status.

We are already checking this with our Systems team asking if this is something we can allow, although we cannot provide any promises that it will be changed.”

I haven’t updated elementor pro yet. I’m waiting for the update of this plugin (Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks Template) first before I give it a go ??

It was a user mistake on my part. ??

I thought that because there’s a checkmark next to “Menu Item” and “shortcode [language-switcher]” and it’s sort of grey (and I can’t uncheck it) – that it might be some sort of pro option that wasn’t available to me. So I didn’t try to use the code or go to ‘appearance –> menus’ until later.

I’ve talked to them now and sent the question you suggested. They said:

“Our developers are working on that issue as for the moment. However, sadly it is not really possible to change the value of “auto_prepend_file”.”

and

“We have received this kind of error a while ago, and our developers are working on it.

Sadly, no we are not working with the plugin developer about that matter. Basically, our developers are trying to check if we can provide some solution or alternative to fix the “auto_prepend_file” issue.”
