Hi,

Just realized that in my code I imported an sql containing old tables of the plugin. When the plugin was installed they prevented the creation of the new one. Fixed this issue error messages disappeared but the welcome message didn’t appear on the chatbot.

Your suggestion:
apt-get install php7.0-curl

fixed the issue.

However, I use Ubuntu 16 xenial, PHP 7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.5, 5.7.26-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 and tested with WordPress 5.2.1 and 5.1. Always the same issue.

Thanks for reply. I tried to do it by myself but I am not so familiar with these tool, so I thought to put the correction here on the forum. I want that in next update the fix is included and I think it will be.

Thanks for reply. I solved the issue. Basically I have an instance of my blog and I have an automatic backup with BackWpup that it is stored on dropbox.
Tehn I have automatic script that restore it in another instance of my web hosting to have a test blog.
The problem is that during restore the log folder remain the same and it point to the original folder not the test one.

One I figured out this I fixed the folder in Settings and everithing went ok.

Looking at logs I see an error like this:

open_basedir restriction in effect …

it seems that backupwp want to access to:

/subdomains/test/httpdocs/tmp

folder, where:

/subdomains/test/httpdocs

is the root folder of my website. I created this folder giving 777 access but it seems it does not solve the issue. Any suggestion?

No one can help me on this?
