Hello, I have written to support with subject line “POST-2345 temporary folder /tmp is not valid”.
On the 2nd of November support replied with “Just confirming that we got your request. We’re on it.”
On the 5th of November I have asked support “do you have any news?”.
Till now now anwser.
Pls can you help me.

I am using the block editor Sensei 4.18..
I have changed the globally Editing Email Template.

I have not found how to change the grey background colour of the overall email. Their is no place to add a class to the <table> or <html> at the beginning of the email.

Only the background color of the section with text is changeable.
I do not wanna sent grey emails with white section. I want all the mail in white color.

1. Is the overall background color changeable? If yes, how?

2. I wanna remove the CTA Buttons (like “View results) in the E-Mail Templates. How do I do that?

I have found to change the template.

Ich habe gerade error logs gecheckt. Dort habe ich die Meldung: [Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/.postman_c704baaf.lock) is not within the allowed path(s).
Wie ?ndere ich den Pfad im Plugin? In der DB selbst (ich wei? wie)?

Hello, I do not use a plugin for translation (I do not want to use so many plugins because of speed and other reasons). I do translation direct in the .mo file and then create a .po file.
Where do I put the sensei language files so that it not get overwritten and Sensei still recognize the file and shows the text.
I have both files in the languages/plugin folder.
