    Hello Caroline,

    thank you very much for your reply. I tried some things and found out that it has to be a problem with the template. At the moment i use a theme by templatemonster and if i change the theme to Twenty Fifteen (Standard Theme) then the plugin works.

    I contacted templatemonster support but they say that the problem is caused by a “third party plugin” and that they do not provide support for “third party software”.

    My opinion is, that most of the plugins should be usable with the theme otherwise it is useless for me.

    Now i have a big problem. I cannot use your great plugin with this template and nobody can help me ??

    Or do you have a solution for me?
