Hi, thanks for getting back on my suggestion. I only knew schema.org has one but not that Google doesn’t use it. In that case I am happy with things as they are!

Nothing fancy, I’ve just slapped a custom class on the affected headlines like “thisheadlineshouldalignleft”. You can do this in the block settings under “advanced”, sometimes it’s collapsed. Just put a name there, no dots.
Then:

.thisheadlineshouldalignleft
{
text-align: left;
}

or if that doesn’t do it

.thisheadlineshouldalignleft
{
text-align: left!important;
}

Fwiw I’ve had the same issue, headings that are supposed to be left-aligned keep getting displayed as centered. My plugins are all up to date and I don’t even have caching on the site. Solved it with custom CSS for now.

Agreed, it would’ve been be cool to give us an option for keeping the advanced columns (and maybe the other deprecated blocks but this is one is just really central), so we can just build new sites with the new containers and decide where to put in the work of converting deprecated blocks. Could be an additional plugin if it’s making Spectra too cluttered I guess… like, just UAGB marked as discontinued, so we know not to expect support for bugs there anymore.

My company’s website uses a lot of advanced columns and everything is broken in the editor and not displaying right either. I rolled back the plug-in but I would really appreciate an option to transition to 2.0 version so I don’t have to stay on an outdated version forever. A warning about the update being this major would’ve been cool as well.

Just wanted to report that I experienced exactly the same issue. I also really appreciate this plug-in, thanks for the good work!
