Yes, we had the setting correct. It turns out that the issue was on the website developers end. They seem to have it figured out now.
One more thing….I don’t want anybody to be able to leave a review if they haven’t purchased anything. If I check the ” Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”” option in the WooCommerce Products settings, will customers still be able to leave reviews without having a website login when they receive the review request email after purchase?
