I’d prefer not using yet another 3rd party plugin. Here are the first few lines of my child theme’s “functions.php” file which handles enqueuing of “style.css” per the instructions at https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes

Should I edit this to also enqueue “custom.css”?

Perhaps you’re not seeing it because I removed it when I didn’t see any change. (This is a production web site after all.)

I was placing the CSS in my child theme’s “custom.css” which I accessed via Appearance > Editor > custom.css

I feel like I shouldn’t need a plugin to accomplish this, but maybe I do?

I have read that article and others like it.

It’s not just Google Analytics spam. I simple mentioned a tool used to see the traffic.

I want it blocked from my logs, like all the other referrers your plugin blocks. It literally blocks all of them except this one.

I respectfully disagree, this plugin has been extremely effective in blocking these bots, just not this one in particular.
